5 'Bridgerton'-inspired fashion pieces to bring luxury to your loungewear

Ever since its release back in December, the world can't get enough of Bridgerton. It's the Netflix series that has everything we love in a series -- British accents, hot people, drama, the voice of Julie Andrews, and of course, the fashion.

If you've been living under a rock, the show follows a group of eligible ladies in London during its Regency Era, who will be debuting into the high society and are presented at court for marriage. The show's vibe is very Gossip Girl but with intricate costumes, whimsical dresses, long rains, jewels, and accents.

According to IndieWire, Ellen Mirojnick, the show's costume designer, created over 7,500 costume pieces. And while the costume's goals aren't exactly historically accurate, viewers couldn't take their eyes off the beautiful pieces donned by its beautiful cast.

If you're dying to bring the show's fashion in your home, well, look no further because we've got you covered!

1. The Night Gown

Nothing screams fancy than a beautiful nightgown to parade in around your house. This beautiful Jarda dress from The Lounge Edit screams soft and feminine while you wait for your very own Duke of Hastings to come and whisk you off your feet.

2. The puffed sleeves and florals

One thing that's very prevalent in the show is the number of puffed sleeves and floral prints that adorn the show's lead actors' gowns. Instead of wearing a gown at home, why not wear a beautiful dress while lounging in your home, ala Charina Sarte? Her take on the classic cut will hug you in the right places without constraining you from movement.

3. Corsets

Corsets as loungewear? Why not! We know that it may seem unappealing at first, but the corset trend is definitely alive, and there are tons of ways to get the laced-up look without actually dealing with the discomfort. One of which is Bonia Penaranda's brand Just Bonita 8 which is defining what it means to go the extra mile with your pambahay with their corset loungewear line.

4. Bedazzled accessories

When it comes to accessorizing, the more is always merrier. And though we can't go out because of the pandemic, you can always go grand when it comes to your jewelry and hair accessories at home. Try going for headbands that are bejeweled to the nines like the one being rocked by Chesca Garcia-Kramer in the photo above. We're sure it would be right up Regency London's alley for a cute promenading ensemble.

5. Bridgerton Blue

Diamond of the water Daphne Bridgerton almost always wears a pale blue more than any other color. And though yellow may be the Pantone Color of the year, this dreamy hue is just as desirable -- heck, maybe that'll help you attract a new boo ala Duke of Hastings! Bring the color to your loungewear pieces (either as a top or bottom) and pairing it with a more muted tone for that elegant feel.

Whether you love the series or not, it sure is fun to bring a little glam to your life -- and it's not that hard to incorporate a few of its details here and there.

If you're Bridgerton-obsessed like us, we hope you enjoyed this little inspo from our loved characters. And if you haven't finished watching Season One yet, hurry up so we can talk about it more!
