Markki Stroem now co-owns a local clothing brand.

Running a business fits Markki Stroem to a tee, literally and figuratively.

He recently ventured into something new and exciting as he now co-owns a local clothing brand named Evry.

He squeezes this side hustle into a busy schedule of being a singer, host, and radio personality.

“Evry stemmed out from the word Every. This is designed for everyone who needs it whether for work, workout, or everyday wear,” Stroem explained in a statement.

He also excitedly shared, “We provide different colors and different fits to suit your needs. If you want it a bit fitted for work or if you want it loose for a more comfy fit, we got you covered!”

New in the retail fashion industry, the contemporary crooner teamed up with other entrepreneurial friends to make Evry happen.

He said, “I met Wes and the rest of the partners through other business ventures and found that we worked well together.

"We realized that we all had a passion for wearing plain T-shirts, with good quality.”

Stroem went on to share that he used to go abroad just to find premium fabric, yet they are always so expensive.

He and the team decided that it is time to bring in high quality fabric and comfort to the Philippines and be made available at affordable prices.

He said, “Because let's face it, plains go with anything.”

Stroem's trusted business partner, Wesley Que, shared in support, “Evry started when we couldn't find a good plain shirt that was good enough for us to wear everyday, that was comfortable and flexible while still being stylish and classy.”

He added, “Markki, the other partners and I all had that mindset of wanting to have one less decision to make everyday in terms of what we would wear.”

The team has then set out on a mission to create the perfect shirt for themselves and the target market - everyone.

Stroem said with confidence, “As our brand name states, we are Evry and we are for everyone, all shapes and sizes. EVRYone is welcome to try our comfortable shirts.”

The brand is consistent in wanting to be inclusive.

“We didn't want our product to just look good on ads. We want them to actually look good on our customers,” Que said.

“Just like our first product, the Evry Day Shirt, we're looking for ways to have the shirt fit any body type.”

Even in running a business, Evry aims to be inclusive.

Born during the lockdown, the brand opened doors for those in need of employment. Stroem said, “We believe that our brand will also help benefit a few people who have lost their jobs because of the pandemi. We hope to help build the economy in whatever way we can and as the popular hashtag would say, #SupportLocal.

Que added, “It's our conviction to have our products made locally as much as possible, because ultimately we're building this brand to help our customers in living their everyday lives and to help communities with their livelihood.”

The new fashion brand Evry will have its official media launch on Saturday, March 20.
