Actress Rhian Ramos has always been known for her slim figure and model-like physique.
However, overwhelming stress caused noticeable weight loss in 2020 and it alarmed her loved ones and fans.


“It's not like I'm trying to lose weight because I feel big, kasi iniisip talaga ng tao na nag-diet ako, nag cardio ako para pumayat ng ganito,” she added. “'Yung totoo lang talaga, it's out of stress,” she said in a '24 Oras' interview in September 2020.

Slowly but surely, Rhian worked on her body weight goals and gained back a healthy amount of weight.

Now, not only did she gain a more healthy weight but she also gained more admiration and support from friends and fans, who have been supportive of her journey.
