Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista's fiancee, Kat Ramnani, has an inspiring story to tell.

Twelve years ago, the young manager struggled with her weight. In her Instagram Stories, she fondly remembers her fitness journey in a short yet uplifting message.

"Facebook reminded me today, this was me 12 years ago. This is me reminding you that you can do whatever you set your intentions towards."

In her testimony for Diet Diva in 2015, a company that provides healthy meals to its clients, Kat recounted her daily fight with being overweight. She said, "There were so many days I wanted to give up, stop working out, or just eat an entire bucket of chicken and chase it down with donuts."  

But her determination remained strong. She continued,"But I didn’t, I worked my ass off, literally, and am now ending the year with fitness goals surpassed."

She bravely posted this photo too. "The photo chronicles my struggles with weight over the past few years, and I’ve been struggling to post it as I felt a bit shy but ultimately decided on sharing this because however shy I am, I am still very proud of what I have achieved, and hoping it inspires someone out there to make a change and challenge themselves."

You truly are a fitspiration, Kat.
