
Actress Ina Feleo has mastered the self-discipline of working out.
In a recent Instagram post, Ina showed how she does a full-body workout without using any equipment.
She wrote, “BBG Full Body, No Equipment”
She then narrated each workout she does and its repetitions.

Squats 20x
Burpees 10x
Straight leg situps 15x
Tricep dips 20x
Circuit 2
Toe taps 20x
Lay down pushups 12x
Step ups 24x
Mountain Climbers 50x
“Each circuit as many rounds as you can for 7mins (each circuit done twice for a total of 28 mins)."
Aside from working out on her own, Ina also exercises in a gym and has tried intermittent fasting.
