For husband and wife Drew Arellano and Iya Villania, working out and staying fit isn't just for the Gram.

Drew Arellano, Iya Villania, and their good friend Javy Olives won big in the Manila Throwdown Team Edition 2018.

Manila Throwdown is a sporting event that aims to test the fitness of the contenders. Drew, Iya, and Javy were named as the Scaled Division Champions.

Drew shared on Instagram some of the photos during the competition and wrote, "Find a group of people who will challenge you and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life forever."
