No gym? No problem. You can still achieve the body that you want by doing Thia Thomalla's favorite bodyweight workouts at your home.

No gym? No problem.

Get your heart pumping and the body you've always wanted with these bodyweight workouts that are super easy you can even squeeze them in your hectic workday.

These bodyweight workouts are made up of Glow Up host Thia Thomalla's favorite moves.

Time: 20 minutes

Equipment: None

Good for: Total-body toning

Instructions: Complete three sets of the indicated number of repetitions for each exercise. Move from one to the next, taking 15 seconds of rest in between Move through the entire circuit once.

Do this bodyweight workout at home two to three times a week for optimal results

Jumping Jacks

Instructions: Do three sets of 10 reps then continue on to the next move.

Squats

Instructions: Do three sets of 10 reps then continue to next move.

Squats with Side Kicks

Instructions: Do three sets of 20 reps. Continue on to the next move.

Lunges

Instructions: Do three sets of 10 reps then continue to next move.

Elbow-to-Knee Crunch

Instructions: Do three sets of 10 reps on each side.

If you do an entire circuit, you're going to get a full-body workout.

“If you have no time to go to the gym, you can do these 15 to 20-minute workouts,” Thia says. “It's super easy and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.”
