Meanwhile, the Asia's Multimedia star expressed his excitement over his Centerstage hosting stint since he's fond of kids.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, the Centerstage host said that he's grateful for the major hosting stint GMA has trusted him.

“Excited ako kasi mahilig ako sa bata first and foremost.

"And the last hosting show that I did for GMA was Bet ng Bayan pa.

"Batang-bata pa 'ko no'n. That was five or six years ago,” he said adding that Centerstage is one his major hosting projects for 2020.

Joining Alden is Centerstage sidestage host Kapuso comedian Betong Sumaya.

Furthermore, the panel of judges that will screen the aspiring kids are Concert Queen Pops Fernandez, Kapuso vocal powerhouse and West End singer Aicelle Santos, and renowned musical director Mel Villena.

Centerstage is a singing competition that will feature kids aged 12 and under who will try to outshine one another in order to take and defend their place on the center stage.
