Despite the crisis, these celebrities and personalities are proving that fitness is definitely not canceled.

With the enhanced community quarantine in place, Kapuso celebrities and personalities are finding more and more ways to beat boredom in the comfort of their own homes. Some enjoy binge-watching movies and playing games, while others aren't letting quarantine get in the way of their workout.

Let's take a look at how our favorite celebrities workout from home

Solenn Heussaff's Post-partum Workout

According to the Kapuso beauty, her postpartum workout consists of glute bridges with hip abduction, wall sit with dumbbell lateral raises, banded clams, bodyweight squats, and bird-dog stances.

To my Postpartum peops, heres a quick workout you can do. Of course listen to your body and avoid certain movements if you feel pain ( ask your OB). Im C- Section 2 1/2 months postpartum. Have started walking uphill at 2 months 3 times a week, and now started slowly working out to regain muscle strength. Winwyn Marquez's Lockdown challenge

Together with her brother Yeoj, Kapuso actress Winwyn Marquez still does CrossFit training at home in order to keep in shape. Her at-home workout includes five burpees, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats. She does all these for 11 rounds and seven repetitions each.
