Solenn Heussaff shows CS cut from giving birth to baby Thylane

Solenn Heussaff didn't hesitate to show the caesarean section (CS) cut she got from giving birth to baby Thylane in the hopes to inspire her fellow mothers post-partum.

Solenn revealed she had a bikini cut when she gave birth via CS. She also remarked that her pregnancy line was still visible.

She posted this photo to encourage moms to return to getting active after giving birth.

She also reminded them to make sure not to feel any numbness before proceeding with a post-pregnancy workout.

She emphasized, “Always ask your OB before you start exercising.”

According to Solenn, she has also been doing breathing exercises before resuming to her more challenging workouts.
