
Jackie Lou Blanco, who's 56 and already a doting lola, remains to be #FitnessGoals. And the veteran actress only continues to prove her ageless strength and athleticism despite the enhanced community quarantine.
Jackie used to go to the gym for some intense training. She makes no excuse during this period of quarantine as she keeps burning calories and gets shred through her workout routines at home.
The veteran actress does workouts under the supervision of her online training coach. Her exercise includes the use of a bosu ball, resistance bands, and weights.
Other times, Jackie relies on bodyweight exercises but that doesn't mean her workouts get lighter and easier.
In one video, she did a one-arm plank. She admitted, “Hindi madali ito, Labas ugat ko sa noo! Hahaha pero loving the challenge.”
She also shared that she works with a nutritionist to compliment her fitness program.
Jackie also got the attention of her friends, colleagues and followers when she appeared to effortlessly do a one-arm yoga push-up.
She said, “What I like about this is that every body part is engaged. The arms, the legs, the butt and of course the core. No one said it was going to be easy right?”
Jackie got into bodybuilding in 2001.
