
Kapuso actor Martin del Rosario spends his quarantine period doing home workouts that makes him even stronger.
He has also built more muscles and lost unwanted fats.
“Kasi nu'ng nagsimula 'yung quarantine naging anxious tayong lahat, e. Wala tayong magawa. Sobrang bored, hindi mo alam kung ano 'yung iisipin mo.
"So, nag-isip ako na parang gusto ko maging productive," he said.
In an exclusive interview with Unang Hirit, Martin shared his go-to home exercise.
“'Yung cardio ko, ito 'yung pina-effective na ginagamit ko ngayon. Itong battle ropes. Hinahampas mo siya nang paulit-ulit.
“Parang equivalent siya ng running pero upper body 'yung gumagana.
"So, talagang grabe siya mag-burn ng belly fat. Actually, nag-lose ako ng maraming pounds because of the battle ropes,” he added.
Meanwhile, the actor also shared three simple exercises to achieve fuller shoulders just like his.
