Michelle Madrigal is not letting a rude remark get in the way of having a positive mindset.

Though they may not admit it at first, celebrities can get affected by the nasty comments and DMs they receive from bashers online. They are, after all, human, too.

This is why former model-actress Michelle Madrigal got candid on social media about how this form of negativity has affected her mental and physical well-being.

“If I'm completely being honest, fitness has taken a back seat in my priority list,” she said while posting side by side images of her fitness progress on Instagram.

“Yes, I workout… but I haven't been really giving it a 100% for a couple of months now. I'm just not in the right mindset as of the moment.”

Michelle said she is going through some personal matters while “trying to keep my online business intact.”

“I've been drinking more wine and eating all the comfort foods to keep up with stress and my emotions,” she admitted.

“My cortisol levels are so high.”

She goes into further detail about dealing with negativity on her Instagram Story after an hour of working out in their local gym.

Michelle said, “I just finished working out, but I didn't feel like working out this morning because I felt tired and all this negativity going through my head because I read a very, very negative and rude comment and DM on my inbox.

“But, we're not gonna let that ruin my day so I went to the gym and work it out.”

She advised, “Whatever you are going through, know that you can get yourself out of that hole, know that you can do anything you set your mind to. Know that there is hope, and as long as you keep fighting and pushing forward, you guys are gonna get through it, okay?

“Don't forget to say your affirmations and thank the Lord that you are alive today because it means you have another chance to be better, to fight, to push forward, and go after your dreams.”
