Miguel Tanfelix makes a new record by sumo deadlifting 150 kilograms with maximum effort in a single repetition.

Miguel Tanfelix is serious about getting ripped and weight training seems to be his best friend nowadays.

From lifting weights with between 60 to 80 kilograms, the Kapuso star now makes a new record by sumo deadlifiting 150 kilograms or 330 pounds with maximum effort in a single repetition, as seen on his fitness trainer, Ton Ton Aguilar's Instagram post on September 5.

Ton Ton remarked Miguel's new accomplishment as "very well done" after training him for quite some time now.

According to the trainer, before Miguel hit his new record, he failed to achieve his previous goal of deadlifting 140 kilograms. But with proper practice and the right mindset, eventually, Miguel was able to hit it now at three reps.

Previously, Miguel also took on reflex and reaction training where he underwent speed and agility tests through light pods attached to a dome which he called his Sasuke-inspired training.
