Light and puffy, these bagels aren't boiled like your typical bagels. This oblong bread is common street food that you can find in the Old City and are best eaten when paired with za'atar.

3. Unleavened bread

Aksi takdirde mayalanma süreci başlıyormuş 👍 Matzo Bread It's kind of unleavened jewish thin flat bread. According to the Torah, when the Jews escaped from Egypt, they have to eat this way because they could not find the opportunity to bread fermentation. It should be cooked within 18 minutes after mixing water and flour. Otherwise, it begins the fermentation process 👊 #food #foodlover #foodknowledge #bread #breadworld #flatbread #matzo #matzobread #jewishbread #instafood #gourmet #gastronomy #ekmek #mayasizekmek #yemek #yiyecek #matsa #matsaekmeği #matsaekmegi #yahudiekmegi #yahudiekmeği #gurme #gastronomi #ankarabloggers #gurmeakademi

It is traditionally served with hard-boiled eggs, sahawiq (Yemeni hot sauce), and a crushed or grated tomato dip. Or for a sweet taste, it is often served with honey. (From Wikipedia) .
