The Malolos Congress loved it and we're sure you will too. Try the Relyenong Alimasag.

Craving for a tasty crab dish? Or are you thinking of a new seafood dish to serve this Noche Buena? Then you must try one of the dishes featured in a recent episode of Pinas Sarap, the Relyenong Alimasag, or Coquilles de Crabes in Spanish.

The crab dish had long been a favorite of the Bulaceños, and it's one of the dishes that they take pride in, and try to preserve up to this day.

The Relyenong Alimasag can also be considered as an important part of our history since it is one of the seven entrees served during the Malolos Congress.

Kara David, host of Pinas Sarap, tried her hand at preparing the Relyenong Alimasag, with the help of a Bulaceño food advocate. She commented, “Para tayong nagluluto ng Lumpiang Shanghai. Pwede n'yo na 'tong iluto sa inyong mga kusina. Napakadali lang tapos para na rin kayong bumalik sa time ng Malolos Congress.”
