Cheesecake recipes can be finicky, whether you bake them or use gelatin to set them.

Food vlogger Ddulgi shared a cheesecake recipe which requires neither over nor gelatin, but only a microwave.

The best part is, you can finish it in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

• 120 grams cream cheese
• 45 grams sugar
• 100 ml whipping cream
• 12 grams cake flour
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Procedure

1. Combine 120 grams of cream cheese and 45 grams of sugar in a bowl
2. Add an egg
3. Add 100 ml of whipping cream
4. Add 12 grams of cake flour
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
6. Pour in a microwave-safe container lined with parchment paper
7. Microwave for 3 minutes with a cover
8. Cool in the fridge
9. When completely cool, take out of the mold and serve
