
Internet star and Kapuso artist Jelai Andres shared a one-of-a-kind dish during a recent episode of Pinas Sarap's ECQusina live cooking show on Facebook.
Jelai showed netizens how to upgrade one of the Filipinos' favorite canned goods, the corned beef, by using it as a main ingredient in her sinigang dish.
If you want to recreate it, here are the ingredients you'll need:
Corned beef
Ladies' fingers (Okra)
Eggplant
Onion
String beans (Sitaw)
Tomatoes
Kangkong
Salted fish sauce (Patis)
Sinigang mix
