In a recent episode of Pinas Sarap's live cooking show, ECQUsina, Kara David shared a dish that she has tried when she went to Greece.

According to Kara, the night before they reached the summit of Mount Olympus, the Greek locals asked her to have gemista, which is basically stuffed bell pepper, as it is believed to make one's body stronger.
