Max Collins drinks placenta smoothies which she said helped her with lactation.
Celebrity mom Max Collins has been drinking a lactation smoothie which she said has helped her revitalize her energy and increase her breast milk supply for her baby Skye Anakin.
In her latest vlog, she was joined by her doula Irina Otmakhova who introduced her to the placenta smoothie recipe she's indulging for weeks now.
They shared two placenta smoothie recipes.
