Head chef Chef Reden Molina showed Kara how to cook the grilled pork belly recipe, which uses organic ingredients such as strawberry-fed pork, organic broccoli and cauliflower.

If you want to recreate this mouthwatering healthy dish at home, below are the ingredients and the procedure.

Ingredients:

organic broccoli
organic cauliflower
organic butter
organic smoked black pork
coconut milk (ginataan)
salt
pepper
edible flowers and leaves (for garnishing)

Procedure:

1. Sauté the broccoli in organic butter.
2. Add the coconut milk.
3. Blend the sauteed broccoli and add water, depending on the consistency you want to achieve.
4. Season smoked pork with salt and pepper and fry. Set aside once cooked.
5. Fry the cauliflower in the same pan so it can have the same smokey flavor.
6. Before serving, garnish with the organic edible flowers and leaves of your choice.
