Kylie Padilla reveals she used to be a chain smoker

Sparkle primetime actress Kylie Padilla admitted on Instagram recently about the big lifestyle changes she has made in her life, including giving up being a chain smoker.
The former Bolera star posted on Instagram Story a photo of a mug with what seems to be a tea bag inside.
Kylie then admitted that she smoked a lot before.
“I've given up on all vices. I used to be a chain smoker. I gave up totally 2 years ago.
“I used to love my alcohol only in moderation, but I loved a glass or 4 of wine especially if things got a little stressful in life but after some pretty strange events in my life, I decided to give up on alcohol completely as well.”
She continued, “I now have found my newest vice but not really because vices actually have a negative connotation. But this vice I discovered through my sister who also suffers from anxiety.
“I have always loved the holistic approach to healing the body and this blend has done that for me.”
Based on the information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, some of the harmful effects of smoking are cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
Kylie Padilla will have a special participation in the upcoming series of Primetime Action Hero Ruru Madrid titled Black Rider.
