
Stronger and bigger legs, plus a bigger behind--these are the fitness goals that Kapuso actress Kris Bernal set for herself this 2020.
In an Instagram post, she shared some photos of herself after her first workout of the year.
"One day or day one? You decide! My first workout for 2020! Fitness goals this year? Stronger and bigger legs and bigger ass!!" she wrote as part of the caption.
Aside from this, she also shared an encouraging message for those who are aiming to be healthier this year.
"My fitness advice to you? We all have different body goals! Whatever it is, when it comes to getting in shape, consistency is the key. You must stick to your workout routine even if you really don't feel like it. GIVE TIME to it! And, don't be disappointed for not getting the results you want super fast. I swear, you'll get there!!" Kris says.
Kris also reminded her followers about their food intake.
"And, remember, it's 80% food and 20% exercise! So, watch your food intake too!" she shares.
Finally, she has a suggestion for those who are on a budget and cannot a a personal coach.
"Another piece of advice, yes, you don't need to spend on a trainer! There are so many workout videos in the internet! Look for what will fit for you!! 🏼 GOODLUCK ON YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY, she-zums!!!" Kris ends.
Kris opened 2020 by being part of GMA's yearly special, Kapuso Countdown to 2020.
