Aubrey Miles shared that yoga is good for the mind, body, and soul.

Aubrey Miles is sharing another way to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

In her latest Instagram post, she discussed the health benefits of yoga and meditation.

According to Aubrey, yoga and meditation are encouraged for a healthy lifestyle.

"Yoga and meditation should be part of everyone's healthy lifestyle aside from a regular workout that we do. It's a workout for our mind, body, and soul."

She also revealed that yoga is hard to practice.

"I have to admit that yoga is one of the hardest workouts I've ever tried. Every time I finish... I need a nap. Don't get me wrong I love it."

Aubrey said that yoga is now a practice she can't live without.

Yoga and meditition should be part of everyone's healthy lifestyle aside a regular workout that we do. It's a workout for our mind, body and soul. I have to admit that yoga is one of the hardest workout i've ever tried. Everytime i finish, i'm spent and I need a nap😍 Don't get me wrong I love it.
