
Aubrey Miles is sharing another way to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
In her latest Instagram post, she discussed the health benefits of yoga and meditation.
According to Aubrey, yoga and meditation are encouraged for a healthy lifestyle.
"Yoga and meditation should be part of everyone's healthy lifestyle aside from a regular workout that we do. It's a workout for our mind, body, and soul."
She also revealed that yoga is hard to practice.
"I have to admit that yoga is one of the hardest workouts I've ever tried. Every time I finish... I need a nap. Don't get me wrong I love it."
Aubrey said that yoga is now a practice she can't live without.
"I can't live without yoga and meditation anyway I'm still learning this practice so I want to share my progress."
She also shared her list for those who are interested.
