According to Mayoclinic.org, pregnant women who underwent natural or vaginal delivery can safely begin exercising a few days after giving birth or as soon as their ready.

For healthy women, it is recommended that they get the approval of their doctor first before doing at least 150 minutes of low impact and simple exercises.

Exercising, as most doctors and nutritionist say, have a lot of benefits because it can promote weight loss, improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscles, and boost energy levels.

Max Collins joins the league of celebrity moms like Solenn Heussaff and Rochelle Pangilinan who are defying the odds by adding fitness to their routine while taking care of their newborn babies.
