"The better you feel, the better you are to people. The better you can help other people."

This is what Solenn Heussaff stated when she discussed her weekly tasks and her to-do list to keep herself safe during quarantine.

According to the Taste Buddies host, it is important to focus on our physical and mental health.

"It's important to take care of yourself, you're taking the right vitamins. To make sure you're working out correctly, to make sure you hangout with the right people. This kind of all goes down together."

Solenn admitted that in 2020, she went through a lot of difficulties.

"I have gone through ups and downs this 2020. Life has started to work again but more than ever now we need to be careful. The cases are rising, we need to take extra precautions."

In her vlog, she alo shared a bit about taping in the new normal for Taste Buddies.

Solenn said, "We shoot outdoors. Of course it was a lot of fun. I've been with them for eight years for the show."

The Kapuso star shared that although she treats everyone like a family, she is still cautious as she fears COVID-19 infection.

"It's just a nice big family. Although they are family, I still get that worry. It's not easy to be around people that you love nowadays because of 2020, I hate to have that feeling."

In her vlog she advised her followers to be mindful and to stay safe when going out.

"We just have to be careful guys when you're out there. Don't forget your mask. Don't forget your social distancing... just be careful."
