Find out what the 'Lolong' actor has to say about working in lock-in tapings, HERE:

Kapuso actor Mikoy Morales is currently in the first leg of their lock-in taping for the upcoming fantasy adventure series Lolong, and he shared his thoughts about mental health and working in the new normal.

In his Instagram post, Mikoy shared a photo of the welcome arc of Brgy. Tumahan.

The beginning of his post reads, “25/30 days. Leg 1/3. Ito ang bayan ng Tumahan. “Ang sabi nila, lahat ng pumupunta at lumilipat dito ay tumitigil sa pag iyak, kaya tinawag na Tumahan.”

Mikoy then talked about mental health and lock-in tapings.

“I thought I was mentally prepared for this lock in. I wasn't.

“The usual amount of energy you spend for the actual work is lessened by efforts to housekeep your mental space.

“Space - at some point, you just allow yourself to build anew within the bubble. It's weird, to be honest, after being defensive about it.

He then shared an important reminder to everyone to be kind, especially because we don't exactly know what others have been going through.

“I'm sure hindi lang ako at sa industriyang ito nangyayari 'to. Everyone's coping in their own way. So let's be kind(er) - to others and to ourselves? Kailangan eh, lalo na ngayon.

“I hope you're doing better. I hope you're still hanging in there.

“Find your Tumahan. Make one if you have to.”
