Geneva Cruz is telling her fans to take some time to take care of themselves with her latest Instagram post.

On her Instagram account, the Little Princess actress posted three photos of herself enjoying a soak in a stone tub and one photo showing her bareback with what appears to be a body scrub.

In the caption, Geneva wrote that while she knows it can't solve everything, she takes the time to get massages and soak in a hot tub every once in a while. She also shared the things she puts in her bath when she has the time: “tea tree oil, coconut oil, milk, orange and lemon slices, honey, and a dash of Epsom salt,” adding that anyone can do this as well.

This isn't the first time that Geneva has advocated for women to take some time off and love themselves. Several days ago, Geneva posted a photo of her in a bikini and accompanied it with a caption that emphasized women should not be shamed for it, no matter “their biological age, weight, height, or skin.”

“Yes, to women supporting other women, and double YES to celebrating different types of 'imperfect beauty' because no human is perfect,” she wrote.

Even earlier, Geneva posted about her post work-out glow on her Instagram account.
