Michelle Madrigal revealed her experience from her health and wellness retreat.
Michelle's retreat was one of her plans to celebrate her 33rd birthday. She initially discussed this in her birthday vlog where she also talked about her divorce and future plans after her separation from Troy Woolfolk.
She said, "One week with strangers. Strangers but they're like-minded people who because they want to better themselves. It's an overall health and wellness retreat."
Michelle also shared the activities that she's looking forward to doing while she's in the retreat.

She continued, "When I say on the same journey, it doesn't necessarily mean going through a divorce or anything. It's more like finding themselves. Getting clarity of what they really want in life."
In her Instagram post, Michelle shared some photos of her health and wellness retreat in a beach club in El Salvador.
She wrote, "A break from all the chaos. A much-needed time to explore, journal, meet new people, and learn more about myself. It was liberating to live in the moment and have real/raw conversations. A break from the outside world so I could focus on myself and do the inner work."
According to Michelle she met amazing people and had a wonderful experience in her retreat.
"In the last 6 days, I've met some of the most f*cking amazing human beings that forever changed my life. We laughed, cried, ate pupusas, got wiped out by big waves, meditated, danced, and shared intimate stories about ourselves.
The former actress admitted she never felt alive in a long time and will pursue this kind of life moving forward.
"I have never felt this ALIVE in a long time. I no longer accept surface-level relationships... I intend to live this way from here on now… YOU with me?"
