Iya Villania, Drew Arellano talk about importance of good eating habits and working out

Iya Villania and Drew Arellano shared some details about health and wellness in their latest vlog.

In this episode of Life With The Arellanos podcast, Iya and Drew talked about some of their secrets to staying fit and their weaknesses when it comes to food.

According to Drew, it's easy for him to work out, and when it comes to diet, Intermittent Fasting or IF works for him.

He said, "I love to train, the process of training I love. Through IF, I feel I can live a little in the afternoon."

Iya, the Eat Well, Live Well. Stay Well. season 4 host, revealed in the podcast some of their weaknesses when it comes to their diet. She said, "If Drew loves his beer, I love my desserts."

Drew agreed and added, "That's the reason why nagda-diet siya because she can really binge."

Iya responded to Drew's comment, "I need to have these breaks because I know when I enjoy it a little too much. My vice really is cakes and out of all the things out there, I think the most deliks (delikado) is sugar."

Drew also discussed that Iya isn't a fan of working out and admires her for still going through it. For Drew, Iya only shows how disciplined she is when it comes to her fitness goals.
