Chynna Ortaleza reveals she's more confident now that she's embraced body positivity.
Chynna Ortaleza shared one precious moment she had with husband Kean Cipriano at the beach.
In a recent post, Chynna shared a photo of her at the beach, wearing a black swimsuit.
"Kuha ng asawa ko na bilib na bilib na sexy ako," Chynna said, referring to her husband Kean Cipriano.
She then shared how she battled body insecurities in the past before loving her body.
"At dahil sa body positivity na yan I have stopped padding my chest & have been on a journey of accepting the skin I am in without needing to please anyone else but myself."
According to the Kapuso actress, the path to body positivity wasn't easy, "It almost took 40 years for me."
She also reminded her followers that it's never too late to love your body. "Quite empowering. It isn't too late. You must & try it!"
Chynna has been encouraging her followers to take care of their bodies and mental health, after she discovered breast nodules back in August that turned out to be non-cancerous.
