Kapuso actress Carla Abellana vlogs her experience when she ordered a pet grooming service at home and shared tips for pet owners on how to keep our furry friends safe from the heat.
Kapuso actress and animal lover Carla Abellana talks about a new pet grooming service she found online that offers at-home grooming in her latest vlog.

According to Carla, she decided to avail of the service due to her dog's growing fur and nails.
In the video, she showed the mobile van where the two professional groomers worked and remarked how having the grooming done at home is a good way of observing social distancing while taking care of our pet's needs.

Before her video ended, the Love of My Life star gave a few guidelines for her fellow pet owners on how to keep their furry friends safe from the heat.
"Just a few reminders lang, please, please, please, kung tayo naiiinitan, pinapawisan, nakakainit ng ulo, nakakapagod ang init, ang panahon ngayon. Lumalampas ng 40 degrees ang temperature sa labas, maawa din naman tayo sa mga pets natin.
"Hangga't maaari, please do not chain them, do not tie them anywhere outdoors. Most especially, do not keep them in their cages.
"Alam ko po na napakarami sa inyo na may mga pets na naka-cage so please lang, at least temporarily, habang summer, 'wag po muna. Pakawalan natin sila. Hangga't maaari, let's keep them indoors. Alam ko it's high maintenance, it's a lot to ask for pero this is for their own good para maiwasan ang heatstroke.
"Hindi nagpapawis 'yung mga aso kaya laging nakalawit 'yung dila nila dahil hingal na hingal sila, init na init sila. If you can then sana may electric fan din sila, may hangin na nagsi-circulate let's say bukas ang pinto or bintana.
"Kung kailangan talaga and no choice na outdoors sila, sana man lang pakawalan sila within your property and sana may shade para at least nakakatago sila. Hindi sila nakabilad sa araw. Please let's watch out for our pets, give them fresh water all the time, paliguan sila on a regular basis para mag-cool down 'yung bodies nila. Huwag silang kalimutang pakainin," she said.
