KC Concepcion

During her stay at a holistic wellness resort, KC Concepcion learned how to harvest vegetables.

After being holed up in her condominium because of the quarantine, singer and actress KC Concepcion took a quick break to recharge at a holistic wellness resort.

In a series of Instagram posts, KC revealed that she spent some time at the The Farm at San Benito in Batangas.

My body + mind were craving for mother nature after 100 days of solo isolation in my condo 🌿 My villa comes with a pool filled with water coming from a natural spring! 🌴 Just untouched water found deep within the property of @thefarmatsanbenito... The dogs get to swim for the first time, I hear birds chirping everywhere, and huge 🐌 snails are taking their sweet time too ♥️

Aside from relaxing at the resort, she also learned how to harvest vegetables.

On her Instagram account, KC shared a photo of herself harvesting some greens in the resort's vegetable garden.

"Just me being an awkward city girl, tip toe-ing around the vegetable garden, while learning to harvest (for the first time) some 'paco' - fern leaves - for lunch!" she wrote on her caption.

She has also realized how useful backyard gardening is especially during a lockdown.

"Who believes that learning to plant veggies that can grow in our own balconies, patios or gardens at home is one of the most relevant survival skills coming out of a lockdown?" she asks.
