Kakai Bautista sings


Kakai Bautista was inspired to sing the song "Istorya" by The Juans after visiting her family in Laguna.

Dental Diva Kakai Bautista got a song stuck in her head and decided to do a cover of it.

The song in question is "Istorya" Filipino pop rock band by The Juans which she listened to while traveling from Laguna to visit her family.

The band released the song as a single in 2017 and was part of the official soundtrack of 2018 film Mr. & Mrs. Cruz starring Ryza Cenon and JC Santos.

Kakai shared a video of herself singing a cover of the song on her Instagram account.

"Pasinsiya na sa maagang pagngawngaw sobrang na-LSS ako sa napakaSheket na kantang to! Gusto kong kantahin, because why not?!! Singing makes me HAPPY! I tried. Mem plez. Sapat na ang 3 takes..Warshack ang fez after," she wrote in the caption of her video.

In a recent vlog, Kakai chronicled her visit to her family in Laguna.

She even gave a sneak peek of the new home she is currently building for her family.

Unfortunately, the construction had to be put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
