Kyline Alcantara looks forward to meeting her fans in person after the pandemic.
Kapuso star Kyline Alcantara has reached a new milestone as the number of her followers on Facebook has reached five million.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, the award-winning actress said that she never expected to have such a huge following on social media.
“Super happy. I never expected this po honestly," she said.
"Sobrang nakakataba ng puso po to know na even online there are a lot of people who are still rooting, supporting, and looking forward to meet you when all of this is over."
She also noted, “When I started the page I never expected it na aabot ng millions same with my other platforms.
"I just want to post and connect with my fans and followers po. Bonus na lang po talaga na dumami at lumago po ang mga followers po.”

As her network continue to grow bigger, Kyline said that she needs to be more careful and responsible in creating content and encouraging her fans to engage in a more significant matter.
“I think there's always been a conscious effort on my side po even nagsisimula pa lang po ako lalo ngayon kasi it may send a wrong message po. Especially now na lahat nasa social media po, even pag-aaral po nila.
“Kaya on my part I always see to it na they're still doing and prioritizing 'yung school, modules, and even errands ng parents po nila before sila magbabad sa Facebook or kung ano pa man po na social media po.
“Madami kasi ako nababasa na they're in Facebook lang pero tambak pa mga acads or modules po nila or 'di nasusunod parents nila.
"Kaya sumasagot po ako sa kanila and nakikipag-usap na they need to set their priorities straight.
"Kasi bilang celebrity po, I think responsibility din po namin ang pagsabi sa fans po namin and responsible way to use social media po."
Kyline is currently pursuing a degree in tourism, intending to help promote the Philippines worldwide.
Meanwhile, when asked to give advice to those who are trying to build their social media presence, the 18-year-old actress said, “Just be yourself and engage with your fans or supporters and they will embrace and support you for who you are.”
