Marian Rivera

Marian Rivera's fans are getting another venue to take a peek at her life.

Marian Rivera is the undisputed Kapuso Primetime Queen, but will she become the queen of TikTok as well?

The multi-hyphenate recently announced on her Instagram account that she had opened her TikTok account, @dantesmarianrivera. The announcement came with a short clip of Marian posing in an outfit with a gold motif.

As of this writing, Marian's TikTok account still has no content, but already has more than 16,000 followers. The account is also not following anybody at the moment. The bio for the account promises that it will be a “peek” into Marian's life, and also lists her as an actress, host, wife, and mother.

While it's not yet clear if Marian will be doing TikTok dances or going full TikTokerist, if her TikTok is going to be anything like her Instagram account, followers will be seeing intimate peeks into her and her family's life.

On her Instagram account - which currently has 12.2 million followers - Marian shares moments in her life and with her children. Back in April, she shared a number of appreciative messages from the students of The Learning Tree Growth Center in Quezon City, a school that uses the Experimental-Integrative approach to education. She had been invited to speak at the school.

That same month, Marian also shared an adorable photo of her son Sixto holding a lollipop after playing soccer. The post immediately had Marian's Instagram followers and celebrity friends like Boobay, Melissa Gohing, Sarah Lahbati, Urvashi Rautela, Iya Villania, and Charlene Gonzales commenting.

Last month, Marian proudly showed off her daughter Zia's artwork, which was displayed at the school exhibition.

Established celebrities - especially ones as big as Marian - heading to TikTok is a new trend, as it is usually TikTok stars that crossover to the mainstream.
