In case you're looking for the best Halloween costume this year, you might want to check Rhian Ramos's take on the fictional character in The Queen's Gambit, Beth Harmon.
As seen on her Instagram post on October 31, the Kapuso actress copied Beth Harmon's red hair and expressions, and everything else flows effortlessly.
You would certainly see the resemblance between Rhian and American actress Anya Taylor-Joy, who played Beth Harmon in the Netflix adaptation series of the novel. In case you didn't know, both actors have British blood which contributes to Rhian's Western features.
Thanks to an old chess set and an empty spice bottle with ample whitening capsules that represent Beth's tranquilizer pills, Rhian achieved the chess prodigy look as if she's in the promotional materials for The Queen's Gambit.
Even those who saw her post like Chariz Solomon and Marc Nelson initially thought that it is actually an image of Beth Harmon.
Some commenters, including Carla Abellana and Iza Calzado, came to agree that Rhian is like a carbon copy of Anya.
As of this writing, Rhian's Beth Harmon cosplay has amassed more than 95,000 likes in less than 24 hours.
