Kris Bernal says her baby is already in the right birthing position: "Lumabas ka na, baby!”
Soon-to-be mom Kris Bernal continues her pregnancy update.
The StarStruck alumna is expected to deliver her first child anytime soon as she is due this month.
On her Instagram Story, Kris was seen doing light exercise to induce labor and prepare for birth.
She wrote "Low-impact exercise that can help encourage labor naturally.”
“Baby's not going down though, she's already in the right birthing position. Lumabas ka na, baby!”

It was in March when Kris and her husband, Perry Choi, announced that they are expecting a baby. This was more than a year after they exchanged “I Do's”in September 2021.
