Makiling actress Andrea del Rosario is now breathing a sigh of relief after she shared that her daughter Beatrice Anne or Bea was hospitalized.,

The celebrity mom described Bea's hospitalization as “difficult.” Although she didn't specify what happened, it seems that her unica hija underwent a surgery.

In her post via Instagram Story, Andrea wrote in the captions, “We are recovering na…. What a trooper! Tnx guys!!! #sucessfulsurgery.”

She also said in a separate post on her Instagram page yesterday (January 18) her heartfelt gratitude to everyone supporting her family.

“It's going to be quite a recovery dinner date here at the hospital with Bea! Thank you guys for the support during this difficult time.”

Andrea gave birth to Bea in Chicago, Illino in May 2010.

Back in 2011, the sexy actress told PEP.Ph that when Bea was a baby, she was diagnosed with a congenital condition called jejunal atresia.

Jejunal atresia, according to the National Organization for Rare Disorders, is a rare type of obstruction of the small bowel affecting newborns. Patients with this disorder are born with a complete mechanical obstruction of the proximal small intestine.

The former Viva Hot Babe told PEP.Ph then, "Walang kasiguraduhan na she will be better after all the operations. My doctor was honest with me that my baby might or might not survive.

"But I was not losing hope. My baby will live at magiging healthy baby siya."
