Shaira Diaz underwent a successful operation, and EA stayed by her side.
Kapuso actor EA Guzman is praying for the successful operation of his fiancée, Unang Hirit host Shaira Diaz.
On Instagram stories, EA did not disclose the type of operation Shaira would have, but expressed his prayers for it.
"Heavenly Father, I life up my fiancée to you as she prepares for her operation. Please guide the hands of the doctors and nurses, giving them wisdom and skill," he wrote.
"Grant her peace, strength, and healing. Surround her with your love and protection, and help her recover quickly. I place my trust in You and ask for Your grace to be with us during this time. Amen."
On Shaira's Instagram stories, she thanked her fiancé who stayed by her side, and announced that the operation was a success.
"Maraming salamat Lord God dahil hindi ninyo ako pinabayaan. Salamat dahil po ginabayan ninyo ang akin doctors and nurses, and the whole team, during the procedure. Thank you for healing me Lord God... Thank you sa prayers ninyo."
EA currently portrays Atty. Kurt Ignacio in GMA Afternoon Prime series Lilet Matias, Attorney-At-Law, while Shaira can be seen regularly as a host of GMA's morning show Unang Hirit.
EA and Shaira have been engaged since December 25, 2021, but they only shared the news on February 16, 2024.
In a previous interview, EA said that their wedding will happen in 2026.
