Ashley Ortega was welcomed with a tight hug from her sister.
Sparkle star Ashley Ortega had an emotional reunion with her sister a day after she ended her Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition journey.
Sparkle GMA Artist Center shared on Instagram a video of Ashley hugging her sister tightly while crying.
According to Sparkle, Ashley was picked up by her sister a day after she left the PBB House.
“A night after the 1st PBB Celebrity Collab Edition eviction night, Ashley Ortega gets picked up by her sister after her journey ended inside the house,” Sparkle wrote in the caption.
The duo of Ashley Ortega and AC Bonifacio garnered the lowest vote of 17.25% on the first eviction night of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition.
This resulted in Ashley and AC being the first housemates to be eliminated for the season.
Before leaving the PBB House, Ashley Ortega received a surprise letter from her mother, whom she had not talked to in three years.
"Dear Ashley, matagal na kitang pinatawad. Matagal na rin akong nag-aantay sa 'yo. Tandaan mo, mahal na mahal kita. Kayong mga anak ko, ginagawa ko lahat para sa inyo kaya ganyan ako ka-strict at maalaga. Mag-ingat ka at magdasal ka parati. Love, Mama," the letter read.
