Sofronio Vasquez reunites with his 'The Voice' coach Michael Bublé.
Tawag ng Tanghalan alumnus and The Voice champion, Sofronio Vasquez, just had another touching moment that fans won't forget.
On Instagram, the proud Pinoy singer shared a photo of his reunion with none other than his The Voice coach, Michael Bublé.
The two met for a “very productive lunch” and a catch-up session after their incredible journey on the show.
Sofronio joked in the caption, "We skipped dessert because we are on diet LOL."
Their reunion brought even more good vibes as they filmed a fun video skit, with Michael pretending to bail on their meal because he “forgot his wallet.”
Fans quickly filled the comments with excitement, delighted to see the duo's bond and humor shine once again.
Sofronio made history last year as the first Asian and Filipino to win The Voice USA . He was mentored by Michael throughout the competition.
In the grand finals, he wowed audiences with powerful performances of “Unstoppable” by Sia and “A Million Dreams” from The Greatest Showman.
Earlier this year, Sofronio returned to the Philippines for his first solo concert in Cebu. He also received a warm welcome from the noontime program It's Showtime, where he was once a Tawag ng Tanghalan finalist.
During his homecoming, Ogie Alcasid personally presented him with a Special Commendation Award from the Organisasyon Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM).
