Doña Cresencia Reyes Tesoro, better known as Donya Tesoro, is the current Mayor of San Manuel Tarlac, Philippines.
In 2019, she assumed the office of the highest-ranking official in her municipality from her father, Benjamin “Bening” Tesoro, who is currently serving as her Vice Mayor.
Donya graduated from OB Montessori in Greenhills and received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication at Miriam College. She also received a Master's degree in Public Management from the Ateneo School of Government when she was serving as the Vice Mayor of San Manuel.
