From more than 2,000 hopefuls only seven talented and lucky individuals will be known from hereon as Billy’s Movers.
The past few weeks have been groovy indeed as we witnessed the excruciating but exciting formation of Billy Crawford’s crew of dancers in the only reality dance show, Move. In a grand showdown last July 29 at the SM Mall of Asia, the winners were revealed. Darcy, The Sure Winner How do you feel being among the Top 7? “Ang sarap po. Parang di ako makapaniwala. Part na ako nito at close na po namin si Billy. Sobrang blessed.” JM, The Gymnast What is it like working with Billy Crawford? “Masaya saka siyempre it’s an honor talaga na makasayaw si Billy. Tapos iyong choreographer pa namin, foreigner so iba talaga yung mga sayaw namin. Sobrang mahal na mahal ko ang pagsasayaw so sobrang saya ko dahil nadedevelop talaga kami.” AJ,The Heartthrob What are you planning to do after Move? “Subukan ko maging deserving sa natanggap ko ngayon. Ayun, 100% todo na ito!” Sizzle, The Baby What is your game plan now that you’re an official Mover? “Ngayon po pagbubutihan ko. Gagawin ko talaga lahat ng makakaya ko. Kahit po bata pa ako, 17 pa lang po kasi ako…(at) pinakabata sa mga movers. Sa mura kong edad na ito, magtatrabaho na ako. Gagawin ko po ng buong puso (ang) pagtatrabaho. Kasi po dancing is my passion.” Mich, The Cutie What is your message to your fellow Movers who were not able to move up to the final 7? “Sana po walang magbabago. Sana walang samaan ng loob. Lahat naman po kami gustong makapasok, from 2,000! Sana po ang turingan namin, di lang po yung top six, pati po yung iba eh isang grupo po.” Daniel, The Pro What can you say to your supporters? “Kung ano po iyong pagmamahal nila sa akin ganoon ko din po sila kamahal. ‘Saka sa kanila ko po dine-dedicate iyong mga ginawa ko dito, iyong paghihirap ko ngayon. Para po sa kanilang lahat ito.” Jobel, The Petite Performer Now that you’re a winner, what can you promise Billy? “Iyon pong nakita nila sa akin, lahat-lahat po ng nakita nila sa akin dadagdagan ko pa po! Para po maging proud po sila, pinagmamalaki po kasi kami nila sa mga kasama nila sa America. So, papatunayan po namin na kaya rin po namin.” It may be the end of the show but it is only the beginning for these groovers.
