6.) Watch what you eat, but never ever deprive yourself. Stay full with greens, salad, and some chicken breasts. Who says healthy can't be yummy?

 

 

Home alone for dinner after yoga. Nice to have some solo time once in a while. Made myself a big salad with caramelised onions with orange zest, shrimps cooked in red wine and orange juice with herbs, honey glazed oven baked walnuts, grapes. With orange balsamic dressing. #OrangeMuch and of course a glass of white wine. #SolennCooking

7.) Detox! Go for a juice cleanse.
 

 

Slept only an hour before my 10km run, these shots are exactly what i need! #SproutPh happy i also got 3d place for the 10km run. Woohoo haha

8.) Reward yourself with a cheat day! (Because you totally deserve it.)
 

 

Fat sunday cheat breakfast . Peanut butter and blueberry jam on wheat bread, then add bacon, mapple syrup and banana slices. Then grill on buttered pan. Voila. Fat in a bun haha if you are serving this to friends, add candied walnuts, dived mango, drizzle melted chocolate and a bit of powdered sguar. Baaaaaammmmm!!!!! 9.) Incorporate sports even during vacation time! It doesn’t need to be extreme, horseback riding and swimming are both fun to do activities, all while still keeping you active!
