During the press conference of 'That’s My Amboy,' the show’s director talked about her working relationship with Barbie Forteza.

During the press conference of That’s My Amboy last night, January 21, the show’s director talked about her working relationship with Barbie Forteza. She recalls, “Matagal ko nang kakilala 'tong si Barbie, [starting nung] Stairway to Heaven [pa.] Pero drama po 'yung ginawa namin sa Stairway [to Heaven."

“[During that time,] nakitaan ko na siya ng Judy Ann Santos na peg.”

She then quips, “Siguro dahil sa mukha, joke lang.”

On a serious note, the director told the press that among GMA’s artists, Barbie is actually among her top casting choices.

She explained, “Magaling po talaga siya, so napahanga na niya ako. Muntik na kami magkaroon ng movie together, kaya lang hindi natuloy. Pero siya po sa mga GMA artists, siya po talaga yung gusto kong makatrabaho.”
