Holywood actor Steven Seagal arrived in the Philippines last week and has since been spotted in different tourist spots, including Vigan where he met Kapuso actor Raymart Santiago.
Holywood actor Steven Seagal arrived in the Philippines last week as a guest of former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson.

As such, a visit to Singson's beloved Vigan was inevitable.

They made a pitstop at Skydive Greater Vigan and met some skydivers, including Kapuso actor and extreme sports enthusiast Raymart Santiago.

Seagal has previously been spotted in Cebu and Boracay, reportedly scouting for places to shoot the new movie he is working on.
