Dionne Monsanto shows strength and courage after miscarriage

Unbreak My Heart star Dionne Monsanto is a pillar of strength and an inspiration to fellow mommies out there who suffered the pain of miscarriage.
The actress shared on her Instagram post that she suffered a miscarriage and lost her second baby with non-showbiz husband Ryan Stalder.
“This has been such a challenging year.” Dionne admitted.
“In July, my husband and I rejoiced at knowing that we were pregnant with baby #2. Then devastated when we went for a checkup and found out that our baby did not have a heartbeat.”
Talking about losing her child, Mrs. Stalder said, “Not everyone can fully understand the immense pain a miscarriage brings. For countless nights, I cried myself to sleep. Only to wake up in the middle of the night to continue crying. The toll a failed pregnancy takes on you emotionally, mentally, and physically is crippling.
“No one tells you of the courage you muster to wake up in the morning to pick up the pieces of yourself that shattered the night before, and the many nights before that.
“No one fully knows of the strength you manage to gather to have some hint of hope so you can keep your sanity, so you can continue to show up for your family, and yourself.”
Despite the immense pain of losing her second baby, Dionne takes comfort that there were incredible people like her husband and her daughter, who supported her in this journey as she tries to heal.
“Grateful for the few people who I can trust with and respect my pain.
“Grateful for having a husband that holds me in those restless nights as we process this loss.
“Grateful for my daughter, and her “I love yous“, simply just because.
Dionne added, “Today, I share this in hopes that it would reach someone who needs a nudge to keep going, despite the odds, despite the pain.
“Today, I celebrate me and my strength. And if you're reading this, and have gone through and survived a painful experience, I celebrate your strength too. To us .”
Dionne first gave birth to her first child, Sienna, in April 2022. She and Ryan tied the knot in Switzerland in March 2021.
