Multi-awarded comedian Michael V. received an outpouring of love from fellow celebrities yesterday (December 17) as he marked his 55th birthday.
The multi-faceted Kapuso actor has built a reputation in the local entertainment industry as one of the best comedy superstars in the country. He is also the man behind two flagship comedy programs of GMA-7 namely Bubble Gang and Pepito Manaloto: Tuloy Ang Kuwento.
On his special day, his dearest colleagues from Pepito Manaloto Jake Vargas, Mosang, and Manilyn Reynes, who plays his wife Elsa in the show, showered him with heartfelt messages.
Posting a photo together on Instagram Story, she wrote, “Mahal ka naming lahat. God Bless you and your family always.”
Meanwhile, his Bubble Gang co-stars Paolo Contis and Chariz Solomon also personally greeted him a happy birthday by posting on their respective Instagram pages.
In other news, Direk Michael was recently recognized in the Anak TV Awards after he received the Makabata Star recognition.
He also bagged the Most Outstanding Comedian award in the 7th Gawad Lasallianeta Awards.
Back in September, he was hailed as the national winner in the category of Best Actor in a Comedy role in the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2024!
