Have you watch one of Bettinna's vlogs yet?

Many of Bettinna Carlos' followers were happy that she started a YouTube channel to show her techniques when it comes to baking. In an interview with GMANetwork.com, she disclosed how she came up with a decision of starting a vlog or video blog.

Bettinna started, "Actually matagal na silang nagsasabi na sana magkaroon ka ng vlog or ng YouTube channel. Naisip ko, may cooking show [Idol sa Kusina] na naman na kami tapos may Instagram naman. But then one day I woke up parang it will be fun nga. What I want to come up with are videos talaga na barely edited. Kung edit ko man siya text lang or mga sound effects lang. But really, the footage is raw."

The Idol sa Kusina sous chef shared, what her followers want to see is how she bakes her signature recipes with her daughter, Gummy.

She said, "I guess what makes it interesting is people want to see the antics of Gummy and our dynamics in the kitchen. Kasi siguro they might be able to relate also or they could apply it in their home life with their children so more than the postings kasi of what I cook and how I make them. I think they want to see also the techniques behind it."

Bettinna wishes that her channel will be updated regularly so as to grant the requests of her followers. It requires a lot of effort but the joy it brings her is what makes her look forward to shooting the next video.

She said, "Hopefully. It's just really a lot of work for me kasi it's at home lang and it's raw."

"Wala naman akong taga-edit, wala naman akong taga-shoot so 'yung cellphone ko tini-tape ko siya sa jar of Nutella. And then I hook it in my computer, I transfer it tapos i-edit ko ng konti, i-upload ko na. Ganoon pero masaya siya. Ang pinakaimportante doon is masaya siya." Bettinna concluded.
